Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination. However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. I love it. Great item to have it. Came just like description.

Pretty good for what I need: clead the kitesurf board from sand and salt, active foam spray the wheels when I wash the car and spray the car's windows in winter with a 5l defrozer recipient. The foam bottle is loose, does not fit wel, the diametre is smaller than the gun's head. Maximum 3 bars, but is enough for what I need.
